Configuration

You should now customize these two files. The first section of mirmaid_config.yml defines the version of miRBase to use and how to obtain the data. In the next section you can enable Ferret indexing, which is only recommended if you plan to have use the web interface (Find more information about Ferret indexing in MirMaid here).
